Shakespeare was one of the best authors of the Romanticism and the English Literature. It was a poet, playwright and actor. He went to London in 1592 for work of playwright.
Shakespeare’s Family:
At 18, Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway from Shottery who was already pregnant with their first daughter. The wedding would have been arranged quickly to avoid the shame of having a child born out of wedlock. Shakespeare fathered three children in all:
- Susanna: born in May 1583, but conceived out of wedlock
- Judith and Hamnet: twins born in February 1585
Hamnet died in 1596, at age 11. Shakespeare was devastated by the death of his only son, and it is argued that Hamlet, written four years later, is evidence of this.
He died on 23 of April of 1616.

- A Midsummer Night’s Dream (1595-1596)
- Much Ado About Nothing (1598-1599)
- Henry V (1598-1599)
- Twelfth Night (1599-1600)
- Hamlet (1600-1601)
- Measure for Measure (1604-1605)
- King Lear (1605-1606)
in England. He was a famous English novelist. He lived in
London, and had to leave school to work from an early
age. In 1827 he worked as a reporter for “the Mirror of
Parliament”, and later, for the “Morning Chronicle”. He wrote articles about the every
life in London. Later he published one of his novels more famous (Oliver Twist, David
Copperfield, and Christmas Carol). Finally, he died on nine of June of 1870. On his
works, he tracts the problems of the English industrial society.
Edgar Allan Poe
Edgar Allan Poe was born in 19 of January of 1809
of American Romantic Movement. When he was little, he was orphanage and taken for
one Virginian family. He enlisting in the Army and in 1827, he begins to write some
anonymous poems. He was wrote tales of mystery and horror, as (El Dorado, Ligeia,
The black cat, and The Fall of the House of Usher). He was died in 3 of October of
1849 in the streets of Baltimore.
